Ooh, very fluid movement.
Did you do this Frame by frame, or was there a lot of tweening?

A little of both. I straight aheaded through the action in rough, then went back and cleaned and padded how I could.

I think that the animation is much smoother, and that the overly embellished gestures from the previous temps are softened so that while the gestures are there they don't really distract.

It's very nice and I like it very much.

His hand and arm movement is too frequent. The moment does not seem to match up with what he is saying ex: at the end his hand move suddenly down on the word change which was not emphasized much.

I cant really think of anything else, are you being marked big on this?
