I know it's kind of a rehash page, but we had to catch the rest of camp up with what has happened. Now no one in our main cast can second guess the Captain's guilt on the matter... not when its put as simply as that. Avery certainly believes it... he's ready to take up the fight. He didn't really respect their leader anyway, so the fact that he'd possibly kill a fellow soldier to save his own hide has him totally outraged.
The Chief's got himself an army.
Also, spent all day installing Windows7. So far I'm pissed off at the toolbar but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I just wish it wasn't so thick and ugly. Also there's an alarm going off behind me... its 2:30 am, whose alarm is that!?! (Its the thermometer... apparently it's got something against 37 degrees F..-_-)
No matter what century it is, Marines will always have the motto "Semper Fidelis" held so dear it's practically in their blood. No wonder Avery's PISSED.
Now everyone has a valid reason to mutiny, what with a traitor running around as the CO.
I agree with you. When I either played or watched someone else play Halo 2 or 3, I would always comment, "You are loosing men." I always felt sorry for the Marines and this comic of yours gives them backgrounds, you know what I mean?
Yeah its more fun when you put yourself in the role of the game. Just playing it to shoot at things wears itself out a lot faster than when you actually become the Master Chief and treat the situations as realistically as possible... whether its looking after your dudes or chasing after guys for vendettas or naming things.... I did that in Halflife as well.
"You? You stay here. I'm naming you Carl. Stay here Carl, leave it to me"
