Looks like those kids are outmatched. They need to break for the cover of the tree line. If the marines us the forest for cover, the covies' would be forced to leave their armor behind, the trees would provide cover from covie air support too, and the covenant forces would have to break up into squads to try to root out the marines. This makes them very vulnerable to ambushes and could turn the tide of battle.
except the Covenant are here for the pod. If they abandon camp they'll take it and glass the planet. If they take the pod with them my tactic of choice would be to burn the place down and sift through later.
Hm...well if one's occupation is to fire mortars from a large tank... One would assume that they would be accurate on their first shot for it may be their last (ex: Spartan Laser/Rocket Launcher), and that if they are a mortar launcher,as an occupation, then they would know how to lead the targeting reticle accurately so as to ensure a hit... Wow, that was long winded
welp considering they would normally only allow Red's and above the honor and privilege of manning a wraith. i do concede on that but also just like with humans it's never been just point and shoot with arc trajectory weapons
Wow! the coloring and shading on this is wonderful! I love how it looks slightly realistic, but keeps up with the comic's style and doesn't look real at the same time. The way you drew the plasma shots is just awesome. I cannot wait for the rest!
